Helle and Peter did the two day hike from Olofstrøm around Raslången and Halen in June 2023. Halens nature reserve is popular with hiking and canoeing. It is a route that to us is typical of everything southern Sweden: lots of forests, rocky trail sections and lots of lakes that invite for a swim.
We followed a route around Raslången, and slept in one of the many shelters with scenic locations by the lakes.
There are no water sources on this route, so we boiled water for drinking.
